Upon a recommendation from a friend, I just discovered this author and I have to say that I HEART her. These stories are very simple, very captivating and the way she writes completly draws you in. I was literally sad every time a story would end - I wanted the characters to continue. My favorite is the Girl Who Chased the Moon. I would definitely suggest reading these over the summer, and they are purchase -worthy. The only one I haven't read yet is The Peach Keeper and that is because I am waiting for the paper-back to come out.

The Beginning

I have spent most of my 26 1/2 years wondering what in life really interests me and I keep coming back to just one thing: Books. And Reading. I absolutely LOVE to read - I don't know what it is about a book, but I get almost obsessive about a plot I really like. Much to the chagrin of my husband and the annoyance of my daughters. And I am almost always reading a book - when I finish one, I search out the next one. So I thought I would start a blog in which I will review the books I have read (and will read) in case you are out looking for something to read.
